【茨城新聞】JRA 境町に場外馬券場 来春 初のキャッシュレス専用 茨城新聞
日本中央競馬会(JRA)は1日、JRAで初となるキャッシュレス専用の場外馬券場「エクセル茨城境」を2020年春に境町に開設すると発表した。座席数は300席を予定。
