コインテレグラフ・ジャパン（ビットコイン、仮想通貨、ブロックチェーンのニュース） ルーマニアの財務省は5日、電子マネー（e-マネー）の発行を規制する緊急令の草案を発表した。ビジネス・レビューが5日に伝えた。2014年にビットコイン ATMを初めて設置したルーマニアだが、今回の草案は仮想通貨業界の規制に向けてさらに一歩前進させることになりそうだ。 |
