このうちクレジットカード情報は２９１人分。約３０件で不正使用（未決済含む）されたという。被害額は不明。山本茂樹社長は「被害拡大を抑えるべく措置を講じ再発防止に努める。申し訳ない」と陳謝。県警に捜査を依頼し、原因の特定を急いでいる。
