中国、銀行発行クレジットカードの決済サービスを外資に開放へ
ロイター 北京 ２９日 ロイター］ – 中国国務院（内閣に相当）は２９日の定例会議後に、銀行が発行するクレジットカードを使った決済サービスについて、外資企業に市場を開放すると発表した。 新規則では、承認を得た外資系銀行は中国国内に子会社を設けることで、市場に参入できる。 |
