米国系のビザカードやマスターカードは先週、クリミア併合に対する米国の制裁対象となったロシアの銀行の決済を突然停止。ロシアで、独自の決済システムが必要だという危機意識が高まっていた。ロシア国営テレビもここ数日、ＪＣＢカードの成功例について繰り返し報じている。
