経済産業省 (プレスリリース) 経済産業省は、改正割賦販売法の施行に向け、クレジットカード加盟店契約を締結又は改訂する際の参考とすべき一般的なモデル契約条項と、既存契約に関する解釈指針を示すため、「クレジットカード加盟店契約に関するガイドライン」を策定しました。 |
