「イコウサ」伸び悩む – 中日新聞

福井市中心部で運用されている電子マネー機能付きＩＣカード「ＩＣＯＵＳＡ（イコウサ）」の利用者が、伸び悩んでいる。導入から一年半余りが経過した九月末現在、発行枚数は「一年間で三千枚」の当初目標には程遠い千三百六枚にとどまり、加盟店も当初の三店舗だけだ。
