電子マネー、詐欺被害が急増 本人確認不要の便利さ悪用
朝日新聞 特殊詐欺の被害が、現金だけでなくプリペイドカード型の電子マネーにも広がっている。２０１４年後半から増え始め、１５年１～６月には３８都道府県で約１億９５００万円と前年同期の２７・９倍になった。ＩＤ番号があれば、誰でも、どこからでも使える仕組みが悪用されているという。 |
