出資法違反:カード売買装い高金利融資 男に有罪判決−−地裁小倉支部 ／福岡 毎日新聞 クレジットカードによる商品売買を装い、実際には高金利で融資したとして出資法違反の罪に問われた、八幡西区鉄王２、バイク販売会社社長、張幸雄被告（５０）に対し、地裁小倉支部は２５日、懲役１年２月、執行猶予３年（求刑・懲役１年６月）を言い渡した。 |
