起訴状などでは、１１人は昨年１０月～今年３月、架空の資産家を装い、５０～７０歳代の男女７人に「一定の費用を支払えば多額の現金を受け取れる」などとウソのメールを送信。計約５０８３万円分の電子マネー「ビットキャッシュ」や現金約１４９万円をだまし取ったとしている。
