証明書・学割証発行を変更へ 関西学生報道連盟(UNN) 3～4年で定期的に発行機を入れ替えていた同志社は、2011年から今まで使っていた磁気カードから電子マネーなど利便性を高めたＩＣカードへと切り替えた。そして入れ替えの時期を迎えた今年、この機能を利用しない手はないということが今回の決定の決め手となった。 |
