これにより、イシュアーの手数料が大幅にダウン。デビット収益がほぼ半分になってしまった。 銀行によっては、デビットカードからクレジットカードに軸足を移すところもでてきたくらいだ。 Visaはこれをうけて、Visaのアクワイアリング手数料を改定すると発表した。
