三井住友信託､｢シティカード買収｣の狙い
東洋経済オンライン 3月31日、三井住友信託銀行（三井住友トラスト・ホールディングス傘下）は米シティグループの日本でのクレジットカード事業を買収すると発表した。同事業を展開するシティカードジャパンの全株式を年内メドに買収する。買収額は公表していないが、400億円強とみられる。 三井住友トラスト、シティの国内カード事業会社買収で合意 三井住友信託、シティカードジャパン買収に合意 三井住友信託銀行、シティカードジャパンを買収 |
