読売新聞 銀行が手掛けることで、キャッシュカードに電子マネー機能を搭載し、現金自動預け払い機（ＡＴＭ）でチャージできるようにするなど、利用者の買い物が一層便利になる効果が期待される。 ２０１６年の通常国会に銀行法改正案を提出し、同年中にも一部施行することを目指す。 |
