消費税増税の負担軽減へ「岡谷版地域電子マネー」 １０月導入方針 信濃毎日新聞
岡谷商工会議所（岡谷市）は９日、買い物でポイントがたまり、現金のチャージ（入金）や支払いもできる「岡谷版地域電子マネー」を１０月に導入する方針を明らかにした。
