高知県内で通信障害10時間続く 決済システムにも影響

大雨の影響で7日朝から高知県内全域で続いた通信障害は、固定電話の不通だけでなく、光回線を使ったクレジットカードによる決済などにも影響が出た。通信障害は夕方に復旧したが、トラブルは約10時間にわたり、県内の量販店やホテルなどで困惑の声が漏れた。
