そんななか、突如Visaカードが使えなくなったのである。当初は個々人のカードに問題があると疑っていただろう。しかし、多くのVisaカードが使えない、とわかった途端、パニックになった。 システムトラブルは10時間にもおよんだ。影響を受けたトランザクションは520万件。
