政府のギャンブル等依存症対策推進関係閣僚会議は８月にまとめた対策で、競馬場に設置されているＡＴＭがクレジットカードによるキャッシングを利用可能であり、そこで調達した資金で馬券購入が可能となっていると指摘。「ＡＴＭのキャッシング機能を廃止する又（また）はＡＴＭの撤去を行うこと」と廃止方針を示しました。 これ …
