Security NEXT 同社によれば、コールセンター業務の委託事業者で働く派遣社員が、クレジットカード番号含む顧客情報を持ち出し、商品を不正に購入していたもの。 同社では不正を把握し、警察へ相談、捜査へ協力してきたが、警察が同派遣社員を逮捕したことを受けて事態を公表、謝罪した。 |
