訪日客拡大のためのツアーで、自治体と銀行が企画、旅行大手のJTB（本社・東京都品川区）が商品化した。台湾の旅行会社が現地のJCBカード会員向けに販売した。大分・宮崎県や岡山・香川県でも台湾人やタイ人向けに同様のツアーを企画するなど海外にアピールしている。
