ファミマ系クレジット会社、伊藤忠など出資比率上げ
日本経済新聞 伊藤忠商事は３日、ファミリーマートで使えるクレジットカード「ファミマＴカード」の運営会社、ポケットカードとの資本提携を強化すると発表した。伊藤忠が出資比率を27％から46％に、関連会社のファミリーマートが15％から34％に高める。２社で最大188億円を投じる。 ポケットカード＜8519＞、伊藤忠商事＜8001＞及びユニー・ファミリーマートホールディングス＜8028＞完全子会社による公開買付に賛同の意見を表明 |
