電子マネー、ゲーム内通貨も規制対象
日本経済新聞 ＪＲ東日本の「Ｓｕｉｃａ」、イオンの「ＷＡＯＮ」といった電子マネーは、既存の通貨である円を使って電子的に決済する。仮想通貨と混同されやすいが、法律的には別のものだ。電子マネーは商品券などと同じ「前払い式支払い手段」として資金決済法の規制対象となっている。 |
