《ブラジル》 銀行が貸付やクレジットカードなどの金利下げる＝政策基本金利の引下げを受け
ニッケイ新聞 連邦政府は昨年末、クレジットカード利用者が負債額を全額払えなかった場合、残金にかかる金利は最初の３０日間のみに有効で、それを過ぎたら通常の貸付に準じた金利に移すという救済措置を発表しており、ロタチヴォと呼ばれる負債残額にかかる金利も大きく低下する。 |
