流通ニュース 新宿ミロードの来店客や、館内でPASMOやSuicaなど交通系電子マネーの利用客が、その場で当たる抽選に参加できるキャンペーンを実施する。 IMJは「Pepper」向けのロボアプリを開発し、2016年3月～4月にジェイアール東日本企画と共同で接客効果の検証を行っていた。 Pepperと交通系ICカードを連動したアプリを開発し、新宿ミロードで展示 IMJすまのべ! IMJ、交通系ICカードに連動するPepper向けロボアプリを開発 IMJ、PASMOやSuicaなど交通系ICカードに連動する「Pepper」向けアプリを商業施設へ提供 |
