タクシー最大手のコンフォートデルグロは、カードによる料金決済で、衛星からの電波が届かないため端末がビザやマスターカードに接続していないオフラインの状態でも、クレジットカードによる運賃収受が可能なシステムに改善する。 新システムではカードリーダーを利用する。
