JCB、初の外国語対応コールセンター 海外会員向け SankeiBiz クレジットカード国内最大手のJCBは17日、海外会員向けに外国語対応のコールセンターを開設する。ホテルの手配や病院の紹介といった旅行時のサービスを英語、中国語、韓国語で手がける。同社が海外会員向けに日本語以外で対応するコールセンターを設けるのは初めて。 |
